Urgente! Voluntariado sobre medio ambiente en Bulgaria

Art atelier and Eco class room. Interactive activities in the eco class room with students related to nutrition, environmental protection – energy, water, waste, protection, cleaning and storage of contaminated areas, composting, planting plants and others.  They will engage students from local schools, teachers, parents and team organization. In the art studio throughout the period of the project will be made souvenirs of waste and ecological materials.

Activities

EVS volunteers will participate in the implementation of theoretical and practical activities with students – to protect the resources, opportunities for recycling and use of waste. Will acquire practical skills for working with composite materials by experimental projects. Methods of Work-verbal games to support the form of expression of children and dress their imagination with words, design, modeling, etc.

Organizing regular sports activities to attract public attention to a healthy lifestyle such as championships in football, basketball and tennis; sports festivals and special events, marathons, yoga, dance, pilates; permanent sports activity «Together we can» (Together we run, ride a bike together, etc.). On the occasion of June 5, World Day for Environmental Protection will hold tennis championships in different age groups. As a regular sports activity once a month on various topics will be organized and the «Do sports day».

Traveling exhibition in schools with exhibits made in art studio. Volunteers with the participants in the art studio will produce different items and will organize a traveling exhibition in Lovech schools.

Activities related to healthy eating – meetings with children and youth to promote healthy eating, compiling boards in schools on the subject, drawings, discussions with students and teachers. Compilation of cookbooks with recipes for healthy eating, aimed at persons of school age. Volunteers will collect materials and recipes of healthy character and create an e-book that will be uploaded on the website of the association and can be dragged and free use of the public. For the presentation of the book will be invited media and representatives of the local community and institutions.

Organizing ecological workshops for students to create habits for a healthy lifestyle, positive attitude towards nature and the need for touchdown. EVS volunteers will participate in the preparation of the program of the workshops, including fun educational games based on the experience of his native country. After the implementation of each planer will participate in the creation of written and photo materials for the initiative to be published in local media and partner’s sites.

Week of European culture. Within five days EVS volunteers and Bulgarian youth will organize a day dedicated to his / her home country – Exhibition of photos, music, posters, food. In support of the event volunteers will make contact with the relevant Embassy in Sofia and thus will extend the repercussions of the event.

Competition for verbal creativity and drawing «Healthy life and nature» – with the participation of children and young people across the country.

Promotional materials for the promotion of EVS and Erasmus + on the local level. In the period September-October 2015. will be created advertising leaflets in English and Bulgarian language and distributed after partner youth organizations. Each volunteer will prepare PPT presentation «My EVS project» which will present to the Bulgarian youth and media with an emphasis on personal vision of performance and positive and negative impressions.

– Europass CV with picture (made in the last month)

– Motivational letter, writing that your sending organisation will be “Building Bridges”. We ask all candidates to send a specific letter of motivation – why they want to volunteer with us rather than just a general EVS one.

Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”.
