Receptionist / Front of the House Guest Service (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
• Ensures that the day-to-day operations at the Front Office run smoothly
• Performs all administrative tasks and handles correspondence
• Welcomes and assists guests (check-in and check-out)
• Individually attends to guest requests and manages complaints
• Ensures that office organization operations run smoothly
• Is responsible for professionally and quickly handling incoming reservations
• Is the first point of contact on site for guests
• General assistance activities, including arranging for food and beverages for guests
• Taking and forwarding general questions and requests (by phone and in person)

Perfil
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in the front office area
• Completed hospitality vocational training
• Professional appearance and outstanding manners
• Valid driving license
• Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are desirable
• Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel skills
• A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
• Team player
