Restaurant Guest Service Attendant/ Waiter (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
• Is responsible for welcoming and looking after guests at the restaurant bar & terrace
• Ensures that service runs smoothly
• Prepares the mise en place
• Complies with HACCP policies in the F&B outlet
• Optimizes sales in the F&B Outlet area by means of upselling
• Works independently in the F&B outlet
• Is responsible for taking orders from guests
• Is responsible for preparing mixed drinks and cocktails
• Ensures that the beverage, food and snacks service runs smoothly and correctly
• Assists guests in making choices at the restaurant, bar and terrace
• Ensures that the F&B outlet service area is tidy and clean

Perfil
• Work experience in the hospitality sector
• Completed vocational training in the hospitality / restaurant field
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
• Thorough knowledge of wines and cocktails
• Impeccable manners; a passion for making guests feel special
• Strong service and quality orientation
• Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
• A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
• Team player
