Training course Non Formal Job Matching took place between 1th and 11th of May in Banska Stiavnia in Slovakia, where participants from 10 countries have meet to learn about non-formla job matching.
During the project participants developed their competances through non-formal activities based on theatrical methods, reflect on their personal values, talents, passions, competances what helped them to create their dream job.
The aim of the training course was to equip youth workers in effective NFE methodology which supports the young people in finding job which combine their talents and passions.
The main objective of the training:
To learn the non-formal theatre methodology supporting individual job career guidance and self-development.
To learn different NFE methodologies for developing soft skills to increase employability on European market.
To create the job career guidance toolkit.
To support the networking between partners and their members.
