Becas Erasmus+ para curso sobre gestión de proyectos europeos en Turquía con todos los gastos pagados de alojamiento, manutención y transporte
As part of Erasmus+ Youth Programme, KA1, our training course will bring together 24 youth workers around a number of activities This 8 day project will take place in Izmir in 2016. The main objective of the project is to raise awareness for creativity and project management under the framework of intercultural dialogue. Developing important knowledge, skills, and attitude to organize creative international projects will be the priority purpose.
In order to broaden participants’ mind, innovative examples and best experiences among the participants will be shared. Furthermore, non-formal education methods will be used during the training course to create synergy in team building in intercultural context.
During the project, participants will have the opportunity to explore;
*Discovering creativity in project management
*Practicing on crisis management
*Utilizing limited resources in a creative way
*Working as a team
*Coping with difficulties in managing European Projects
*Empowering young people to develop strategy for their own organizations/projects.
* Group work;
* Outdoor activities,
* Informal gatherings.
*Highly motivated youth workers who are interested in the topic of project management and creativity that are eager to get new international experience.
*Youth workers from organizations working with Erasmus+ Programme.
*Young professionals or volunteers dealing with social/educational programs or workshops in intercultural and/or community settings
*Communicative level of English is mandatory.
As the last activity of the training all the participants will receive a YouthPass, as a main tool of recognition, visualization and validation of learning outcomes of Erasmus+ programme
* The project will be held in Izmir (Turkey) between 24th of February – 3rd of March 2016 and will be organized by University.
-The accomodation and visa costs will be covered by Erasmus+ Youth Programme.
-Travel costs will be covered up to the project budget limit.
SPAIN 360 € return ticket
Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon the delivery of all the original invoices, tickets and boarding passes.
%100 of the travel cost will be transferred to bank account of the sending organisation of the group after the arrival of all original tickets and boarding passes by post. To fasten the reimbursement process, online check-in is recommended.
The project will take part in Karaca Hotel, a four-stared hotel that is located at business and shopping center of İzmir, Alsancak.
Participants will be accommodated in double rooms.
3 meals and 2 coffe breaks per day will be provided at the hotel during the project.

Transportation to Hotel Karaca
The most convenient way to reach Hotel Karaca from the airport is taking direct shuttle buses,
“HAVAŞ”. These busses will drop you at “Alsancak” stop that is 500 meters from our hotel. 10 TL cost of the tickets for Havaş busses will be reimbursed within your maximum travel cost.
Our volunteers will be waiting for you to lead you to the bus at certain hours. These times will be announced after all teams book their flights.
E-visa cost of 15 € per person will be covered for the participants from Portugal, Spain and Croatia. Participants from other countries can stay in
Turkey without holding a visa up to 90 days in 6 months.

By organizing periodic trainings on project cycle management, preparing and performing projects under Erasmus+ and other EU funds; University European Union Research Center both helps to the development of project consciousness and also contributes to increasing project quality and Turkey’s share in using EU funds. Currently, Yasar University runs several EU projects including international researches, summer schools, training programmes and e-learning programmes. University was an active Life Learning Programme and Youth in Action programme beneficiary and continues to participate in Erasmus+ Programme’s different units successfully.
Trip to Izmir
In order to come to İzmir you need to take a fligth to İzmir Adnan Menderes International Airport. We recommend the direct flights to Izmir.
On the day of arrival, please make sure that your flight arrives in İzmir not later than 18:00; and your return flight departures on the day of departure not earlier than 12:00.
Please do not purchase any tickets without the confirmation of organizers. You can proceed after sharing the travel plan with the organizers and receiving confirmation.
Building Bridges users and/or long term unemployed (proved by scanned document) will have preference to this volunteer service.
You should complete registration in 2 steps:
1. Please send your CV and motivation letter to the e-mail below. Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”. All documents written in english you can send to: email@example.com with subject “TC Turkey Uslu Izmir.YOURNAME.YOUR SURNAME“.
2. Pay the registration fee (40€) by Paypal or bank transfer to :Asociación Building Bridges, CIF G85466886. This registration fee includes one year membership to our National and International activities.
* It is compulsory to send application form, CV and motivation letter and pay the registration fee at the same time in order to be within the pre-selection process.
If you are not selected by the sending or hosting organisation, we will reimburse the fee. Please see conditions of Erasmus+ grants
