Fechas y lugar de las becas de intercambios
Mobility period 27.11.2017 – 02.12.2017 (arrival the 26.11 and departure the 3.12).
All groups must arrive on November 26, 2017, no later than 19:00 for check-in and dinner. Departure will take place on 3 November 2017 (or on 2 after the end of the
activities), after breakfast. Depending on the departure airport of the participants, we’ll organize the transfer from the mobility venue to the airport.

„Ethnicity and Integration in Multicultural Europe”(ETNIC) Project.

Objetivos de las becas
Each day of activity will not exceed 6 hours (3 hours AM, 3 PM hours). Paused at every 90 minutes.
The Exchange of best practice will take place in the context of the relationship between ethnicity and inclusion.
The seminar will be held in a non-formal, intercultural atmosphere. The learning process will be flexible, analytical based on the exchange of ideas and experiences, in
line with the purpose and objectives of the project..
The daily program will be structured so that participants will be given space to reflect and analyze their own learning. On the last day of the course participants will be
awarded the YouthPass certificates.
At the end of the mobility, an electronic journal of the project with good practices will be edited, in order to stimulate the inclusion and to eliminate of the ethnic barriers
identified in the project, with images from the ETNIC activities and impressions of the participants within the seminar.
Sobre el intercambio
An introduction and an overview of the concepts of ethnicity and inclusion, the causes and effects of non-inclusive approaches throughout history;
Exchange of best practices: Presenting and identifying innovative / specific ways to promote social inclusion that are characteristic of each participating organization or good practices to encourage inclusion and the elimination of ethnic barriers;
Practical study with the presentation of concrete examples of the inclusion difficulties specific to the local ethnic groups and the presentation of solving solutions, or presentaion of the history of ethnicity – inclusion relationship at local / national level, as well as presenting the current situation according to the target group of each
(the materials will be presented during the seminar in the form of films, interviews, powerpoint presentations, papers, case studies etc. at free choice. Creativity is appreciated.)
Each participant will come up with his or her own specific approach, which will be presented at the seminar.
Each organization will have a time (1,5 hours) for presenting, analyzing, debating and concluding on the materials prepared before the mobility.
We present the short program of mobility, with the themes to be presented by each participating organization:
Cultural preparation – study of traditions, cultural habits, presented by each contry during the intercultural evenings.
Sobre el hotel y el viaje
The 3 * Hotel is located in the center of the Căciulata Resort.
Double rooms equipped with:
– Twin (separate beds);
– WIFI internet;
– bathroom with shower;
Meals (full board: 3 meals / day ) will be served at the Hotel’s
-Free access to the conference room;
-Free access to the thermal pool between: 1600
– 2200 hours
Meals at the hotel’s restaurant. Please provid us with details regarding your culinary preferences. Inform us whether someone is a vegetarian or has an allergy to any
food, or does not eat some sort of meat, etc.
Regarding the transfer of Bucharest Airport – Căciulata – Bucharest Airport, We expect from all participants information about the time of arrival at the Airport. As soon as we have them, we’ll send you the details.
Participants must be citizens or residents in the sending organization’ country of origin.
Seguros becas de intercambios
The hosting organization does not cover travel and health insurance. Each participant should have valid health insurance (for example European Health Card) and travel insurance during the whole participantion in the project. We reccommend www.seguroserasmus.com
Also, you should have during the exchange travel documents: identity card / passport.
Reembolso becas viaje
As a safety measure (staying within the budget limit of the ticket prices calculated according to the Erasmus+ rules and timing of the domestic transport hours in Romania) please apply the following buying tickets procedure:
Select the ticket;
Inform us regarding your selection;
Buy the ticket only after our confirmation.
Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed within the approved budget, in accordance with the Erasmus+ rules.
Payment will be made via bank transfer once we’ll have all the travel documents in original (tickets, invoices, boarding passes).
Certificados becas de intercambios
Within the project “Ethnicity and Integration in Multicultural Europe” (ETNIC) the validation of non-formal and informal learning and skills gained by each participant (youth worker) will be validated through the European Youthpass Certificate.
Proceso selección para las becas de intercambios
Building Bridges members and/or long term unemployed (proved by scanned document) will have preference to this volunteer service.
You should complete registration in 2 steps:
1. Please send your CV and motivation letter to email@example.com. Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”. All documents written in english you can send to: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “YE Catalin ETNIC.YOUR NAME.YOUR SURNAME“. We give you creative ideas about how to create a good CV in English.
2. Pay the registration fee (40€) by Paypal or bank transfer to :Asociación Building Bridges, CIF G85466886. This registration fee includes one year membership to our National and International activities.
* It is compulsory to send application form, CV and motivation letter and pay the registration fee at the same time in order to be within the pre-selection process.
If you are not selected by the sending or hosting organisation, we will reimburse the fee. Please see conditions of Erasmus+ grants
